Our Love Story

They say that love happens when the timing is finally right, and for the two of us, the universe clearly had a plan that spanned several years.

Since the beginning of 2020, our paths have kept crossing in the digital space. We seemed to match on every dating app imaginable, year after year, yet life always intervened before a date could ever materialise. It became a recurring joke; we were essentially "digital pen pals" who kept missing each other by a heartbeat.

Everything changed in late August 2024. When we matched yet again, we both felt a shift. This time, we decided that enough was enough; it was time to stop scrolling and start living. We finally met for that long-awaited first date, and the connection was instant. It was as if we had already known each other for years.

The momentum of our love was undeniable. Within a month of meeting, we moved in together, realising that we didn't want to spend more time apart. A year later, we were engaged, and now, two years after that final "match," we are ready to tie the knot.

Our journey proves that some things are worth the wait, and sometimes, you have to be in the right place, or on the right app, at the right time. We are so incredibly happy to have finally found our way to each other, and we cannot wait to start this next chapter of our lives as husband and wife.
